• Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods
• Treatment estimates are provided but final costs may vary based on actual treatment
• Insurance claims will be filed on your behalf; you are responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance
• Outstanding balances not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees

As a patient, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical and dental history
• Inform us of any changes to your health status or medications
• Follow pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our dental team
• Attend scheduled follow-up appointments
• Inform us of any concerns or discomfort during or after treatment

Treatment Consent

Before any treatment, we will explain the proposed procedure, potential risks, benefits, and alternatives. By proceeding with treatment, you provide informed consent. You have the right to refuse any recommended treatment, but we may not be responsible for any consequences of your refusal.

Dental Records

Your dental records are the property of Malviya Dental Home but you have the right to access them. We maintain records in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. Copies of records can be provided upon written request and payment of applicable fees.

While we strive to provide the highest quality dental care, we cannot guarantee specific results. Dental treatment outcomes can vary based on individual factors. We are not liable for complications arising from failure to follow post-treatment instructions or from undisclosed medical conditions.

Emergency Care

For dental emergencies during office hours, please call us immediately. For after-hours emergencies, we provide emergency contact numbers. In case of severe medical emergencies, please call emergency services or visit the nearest hospital emergency room.

Treatment of Minors

For patients under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must be present to provide consent for treatment and is responsible for payment of services. In cases of separated or divorced parents, the parent bringing the child is responsible for payment unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to patients. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
